What are your EDI capabilities?
Ans: Yes. Our PC and Mac platforms have Internet capabilities.
Orders and files can be received electronically in standard formats
or as PDF files. Art files can be sent directly to our production
department (workbox@arthurpress.com)
or upload to our FTP site. .

Ans: Design, type, art, proofs - if required

Ans: Our target is 100% on-time delivery.

What type of information reporting can your company provide?
Ans: Reports can be complied from our database, which contains
a 5-year history of orders with dates, quantities ordered, product
code with version numbers and cost of order.
7.
Do you provide a workback schedule detailing pertinent information
on orders?
Ans: Yes, if requested. Special projects (or urgent orders)
will have a workback schedule which is sent to the client. Our sales
staff review daily, orders in progress and consistently update our
clients of any necessary changes.

Ans: Yes, we are ISO 9001:2000 certified since February 2002
(ISO 9002 since November 1998).

Ans: Our account representative, production personnel, management
and ISO coordinator can all provide expertise when requested.

What is your Quality Assurance Policy?
Ans: Under our ISO 9001:2000 program, we have policies and
procedures in place to act on if a non-conformance issue arises
from solving the current problem to corrective and preventative
action.

Do you keep Pharmaceutical inserts/outserts under security?
Ans: We have designated holding areas for our inserts and
outserts. We also have designated our whole production area to be
secure in that no unauthorized personnel are allowed in unless escorted
by staff. The plant is kept secure through exterior fencing and
security systems.
12.
Is each individual production order given a separate run number?
Ans: Yes. Each order receives a docket (batch) number that
is entered into our system and maintained in our database. Repeat
orders also receive a new docket number for each production run.
13.
Does your company have colour standards?
Ans: Yes. We match our ink colours to PMS ink standards.
14. Do you calibrate your insert/outsert counter?
How often?
Ans: Yes. Our folder counters for inserts/outserts are verified
at the start of each order. The scanners are verified before the
job starts.
15.
Are rejected or ruined inserts/outserts destroyed? How?
Ans: Yes. Rejects are held for shredding. An outside firm
shreds the rejects on site.
16.
Do you carry out in-process checks?
Ans: Yes. These are signed and approved on our Quality Compliance
form and a copy is delivered with each shipment. There is a final
inspection by a production supervisor prior to delivery.

Ans: Digital files are archived and recorded in our logbooks.

Do you have code reading capabilities?
Ans: Yes! We have code readers on all of our folding machines
that are set to ready Pharmacode numbers on both sides of each insert.

Do you have gluing capabilities?
Ans: Yes! We can fold and glue inline.
